Travility Is Hiring: Appointment Setter
Full Time | Remote | Warm Leads
At Travility, everything starts with one thing: the right people actually showing up.
We’re a U.S.-based travel company running a high-volume, system-driven outbound operation, and we’re adding one appointment setter to our team.
You’ll work inside an automated calling system and have real conversations with warm, opted-in leads who already engaged with us.
This is not cold calling. This is not manual dialing.
This is structured, tech-enabled, conversational work.

What you’ll be doing
• Handling live calls inside an automated outbound dialer
• Working directly inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Logging notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in a CRM
• Booking people into a scheduled online travel experience
• Following a defined cadence so people actually show up
You are not closing sales. Your job is to help people feel clear, comfortable, and committed to attending — inside a system that tracks everything.
How we work at Travility
We don’t pressure. We don’t argue. We don’t freestyle.
We run a clear process using tools like GoHighLevel and a high-volume dialer (WAVV).
You don’t need to be a software developer — but you do need to be comfortable working inside software and following a process.
Pay (straightforward)
• Weekly base pay • Paid per appointment booked
• Paid more when appointments actually show up
• Additional bonuses tied to volume and team performance
consistent setters earn $800–$1,400 per month. This role is performance-based, so motivated, reliable, tech-comfortable setters earn more over time.
This role is a great fit if
• You’re comfortable speaking on the phone
• You can handle a fast pace inside software
• You’ve used a CRM before (GHL is a big plus)
• You’ve worked with an auto-dialer or high-volume calling system
• You like structure and clear workflows
• You follow directions the first time
• You pay attention to details
If you’re “not great with tech,” this will not be a good fit — and that’s okay.
