We had a short overnight in Paris on our way home. Today we walked 9 miles all across the city.

- made journals
-sniffed perfumes
- had coffee
-stopped at the oldest candle store
-browsed vintage Burberry
- had a St. Germain Spritz
- saw Notre Dame
- shopped for butter

Vienna - home to music, culture, coffee houses and ,of course, more Lipizzaner horses!

We started the day with coffee, saw the famed St. Stephan’s Cathedral, had an out of the Spanish Riding school, more coffee and then ended with a beautiful concert in the “House of Strauss!”

When you are off “gallivanting” and wake up to texts congratulating you on being the “Best of Lawrence.”

Yesterday we had a ship swap, a way to keep sailing despite low water. And as a new treat, Amawaterways added a visit to the Lipizzaner summer stables. To say I was transported to my childhood riding lessons and my dreams of being a famous rider, is an understatement. We learned about the history of the horses, how they keep track of genetic profiles/family history and a bit about the training. I did not know that horses specialized in one type of jump

I can't wait to be at Disney World this October! The countdown is officially ON. 🎃🏰

Halloween is already in full swing at Walt Disney World, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is bringing all the pumpkins, costumes, trick-or-treating and Disney Halloween fun to Magic Kingdom.

It’s so fun seeing Main Street decked out for fall, catching the Halloween parade, spotting characters in costume and, of course, grabbing a few treats along the way. I’m excited to experience it all in person this October!

And for those who like their Halloween a little scarier, Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights kicks off today with haunted houses, scare zones and plenty of reasons to scream. 😱

So which Halloween are you choosing?
