Sadly, in my business, I have had too many people who talk to me about handling many legal projects for them, however, the most sad is their will and living will, and then procrastinate, until it is too late. Please, if not myself, then get someone to get this done for you now. Age makes no difference, young or old. Not only does it mean leaving your family with more to deal with while mourning your demise, it could also put valuable matters into the hands of the State and Courts. Especially if you have small children and have made no provisions as to whom they will be raised by in the unfortunate event both parents are killed or pass away at or near the same time.
Will: Provides information as to what specific assets you would like to be left to certain individual (s)
Living Will: Also known as Advance Directive, Defines whether you want to be kept on life support in the event the need arises from a serious illness, also, if you want to be resuscitated in the event your heart stops while in a hospital.
