from a satisfied client:
Just wanted to tell you about that pizza...

I want you to know what's wrong with it.

NOTHING!

The dough is perfect - just murmuring gently enough to support the rest of the ingredients - not that fat fluffy massive chunk of dough swimming in grease that the kids buy. Perfect.

The sauce is thick - I like that - with a tiny hint of sweetness but not enough to overpower that phenomenal CHEESE which is really really good. Mild, like it's supposed to be.

The basil added a little brightness to the whole effect - but you don't get it basil in every bite - which I liked a lot as well. Even cold, this was really a good pizza. The sliced tomato on top is another reason to get to the middle - it jazzes the pizza up a bit right there. It's about as true to form as you could get for Italian pizza.

The Thai pizza was mildly hot -just right - the meat on it was very satisfying - and I could taste the "Thai" part of it... but my eyes didn't water, so it's not like you better serve a side of yogurt with it. It was delicious - but I'm so partial to that tomato and cheese combination with the easy going thin crust that I'd probably eat a whole one myself and then remember the Thai pizza!

I think you should have chocolate cupcakes to purchase for dessert. Bellah's Killer Chocolate Cupcakes. They go nicely with the wine, you know.
