Before I proceed any further, I need to pay my heartfelt respects to the Martin family. The City of Lemoore and greater Kings County has lost a champion and friend this past week. I have been trying hard this week to not personalize her loss, she has meant so much to so many people for a lot longer than I. I was just getting to know her, but knew from the day I walked into the old Chamber by happenstance that she would be a long-time friend. She not only encouraged me, but kindly reprimanded me for my lack of self confidence and let me know I was needed in this community. On multiple occasions we sat for hours just laughing and brain-storming about the possibilities, not just for My Dream Vacations!, but for the Chamber, local businesses, and Lemoore as a whole . . . AND for her to get her passport so she can start traveling. ☺️
Farewell Miss Brenda, you will certainly be missed. Those of us who remain will do everything we can to continue to build on your legacy in the community.
Once again, my deepest condolences to the Martin family and friends. I pray that God gives you comfort and strength to endure.🙏🏽

Aloha friends!! I just wanted to encourage you that there are still good people and excellent service out there. Please be cautious, but don't be so quick to distrust local entrepreneurs. I just want thank those who have welcomed my business and been sending referrals my way. After a busy week, I had the most affirming call last night from a woman from Clovis who had a bad experience with AAA, and another agent who never returned her call. So a friend of hers (who I met through a Chamber event) referred her to me. She just wanted to book a cruise with her 2 grandsons for spring break.
All in all, she was SO kind and grateful that I took time to answer all her questions, as she hadn't cruised in over 20 years, and that I wasn't trying to money-grub her. I chatted with her about cabin locations, dining options, and even how to avoid motion sickness. I offered her an extra $50 obc and made her happy! That's why I love what I do, that's how professionals earn business and trust, through having pride and joy in what we do! Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and do consider me if you have travel needs. I can even help with quick trips like hotel stays, rentals, and even Disney, Universal, Sea World, Lego Land tickets, etc.

We’re official! What a wonderful day on Saturday! God gave us enough good weather to capture great moments! Much love & thanks to our wonderful mayor, Patricia Matthews and Brenda & the Lemoore Chamber of Commerce for welcoming me with open arms and encouraging me to grow; and friends, family, and local businesses who showed up to supoort me—rain or shine.
The best is yet to come for “My Dream Vacations!” 🥰
