Founded in 2008, Robert Costello, AIA provides complete licensed architectural design services for residential and commercial projects. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of projects including: new homes, residential additions, commercial renovations, small residential renovation, legalization of existing additions, architectural review board hearings, variance applications, as well as other s

ervices. Clients include construction companies, homeowners and small businesses. We serve all of Nassau and Western Suffolk Counties, although occasionally we work throughout New York State. Projects often include detailed project programming, design drawing development, preparation of construction documents in AutoCAD, renderings and presentation drawings, finish selections, construction administration, and application/review with the building department. All projects are completed meticulously and with customer satisfaction in mind.
