UPDATE: Due to the weather, this has been rescheduled to May 8th.

✨When was the last time you really saw the stars?

This Saturday, we’re bringing the Milky Way home 🌌

Join Williamson County Friends of the Night Sky at River Ranch County Park for a Community Star Party featuring telescope demos, a kid-friendly “Owl Prowl,” and tips on how we can all help bring back our night skies.

Saturday, April 18 | 8:30–10:30 PM
Gates close at 9 PM — come early!

It’s simple, it’s free (just park entry), and it’s something your kids will remember.

Go Dark ✨

It’s International Dark Sky Week, a global celebration of the night and a reminder of how important it is to protect our view of the stars. It happens each April during the darkest skies of the new moon and encourages communities to reduce light pollution and simply look up.

Here in Liberty Hill, we’re proud to be a designated International Dark Sky Community… which means nights like this aren’t just beautiful, they’re intentional.

Take a minute this week to step outside, turn off the lights, and enjoy the view. You might be surprised what you can see. 🌌

The Liberty Hill Sculpture Festival is this Saturday, and it’s shaping up to be a great day for the whole community.

🪨 Watch sculptors create incredible works of art right before your eyes, shop from the The Market LHTX, enjoy live music all afternoon, and grab lunch or dinner from local food trucks.

🎃 Kids can get hands-on in the Interactive Craft Tent, bounce in the Inflatables Zone, and stop by the Pumpkin Patch for some fall fun. Don’t forget the Pet Costume Contest from 3–4 PM — always a crowd favorite! 🐶✨

Join us Saturday, October 18 from 2–7 PM at Lions Foundation Park for a full day of art, music, food, and community fun.
