She doesn’t just plan trips, she orchestrates escapes, turning ordinary humans into sun-kissed legends with a boarding pass and a margarita. Somewhere, a cruise ship horn sounds every time she opens her laptop.

Her aesthetic exists in a dimension where flamingos have opinions, parrots are mildly judgmental best friends, and sharks might show up to a beach party in capes just because they can. Neon pink is not a color choice. It is a lifestyle commitment. If something can sparkle, it should. If it can’t, she’ll find a way to make it reconsider.

There is a persistent rumor that Sherri can look at a bland design and physically feel discomfort until it becomes vibrant, balanced, and just a little bit outrageous. Edges must be crisp. Text must behave. Nothing is allowed to look boring on her watch unless it’s a deliberate artistic rebellion.

Her alter egos are many and all equally dangerous to boredom. The Travel Queen. The Queen of Everything. She is wrangling chaos with one hand while holding coffee and a flaming deadline in the other. A tropical empress who could officiate your wedding, plan your honeymoon, and redesign your outfit mid-ceremony if needed.

Social media posts tremble slightly before she writes them. Flyers become events. Events become experiences. Experiences become stories that probably involve laughter, questionable decisions, and at least one perfectly staged photo that looks effortless but absolutely was not.

She has an uncanny ability to take a simple idea and dial it up until it’s wearing a feathered headdress, holding a drink, and posing under a sunset that may or may not have been moved slightly to the right for better composition.

If you ask her for something simple, she will give you something unforgettable. If you ask for unforgettable, she might accidentally start a movement.

Somewhere between a tropical storm and a perfectly centered business card, Sherri exists. Bright, precise, a little wild, and completely unwilling to let anything be boring.

And honestly, the world is better for it.

A little bird said an announcement may be coming soon for 2027 so I wanted to reminisce a little (and stir up some excitement) 🙂 . In 2008, Kenny and I took our first Atlanta Parrothead Cruise with about 498 other parrotheads. Best decision ever. For the next 3 years, we met some of the best friends we've ever had. Thank you Brent Jones (and now Fred and Georgia). In 2010, the cruises stopped for various reasons. During that hiatus, we jumped on other cruises, PH and non PH. We always had fun. Then.....Hallelujah! They're back! Atlanta once again started up the idea of bringing back the original, amazing Parrothead Cruise with Bring Back the Magic! Then came the pandemic....but, FINALLY....We did it in March 2022, and it was AMAZING! We always have an amazing lineup of musicians traveling with us and the some of the best people you could ever hope to meet.
