Happy Pride Month from Beyond Riveting Team Inc. 🌈

I've spent years as a certified inclusive leader and trainer. I've sat in rooms where the question "does everyone belong here?" was theoretical. I've also built something where the answer has to be yes — structurally, not just in spirit.

Beyond Riveting exists because belonging isn't a vibe. It's a design choice.

Every program we build — Open Road, The Wren's Rest, Wren's Nest & Sanctuary™ — is designed from the inside out for people the world has not always made room for.

Veterans navigating transition. Women in their next chapter. People whose bodies move differently through the world. And yes — people whose love, identity, and full selves have had to fight for a seat at every table they've ever sat at.

Pride Month is not a marketing moment for us. It's a reminder of why we build the way we build.

All who identify as female are welcome in our gatherings. Full stop.

All who show up for the mission are welcome in this community. Full stop.

We are Michigan-based, mission-driven, and disability-forward. We are also, without apology, a space where you do not have to leave any part of yourself at the door.

To our LGBTQIA+ community members, veterans, participants, and friends: we see you. We built this with you in mind.

Beyond giving…creating impact. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

You found your way here for a reason.

The Wren's Rest is coming. A gathering of skilled women — six to ten, carefully chosen — at a working farm or sanctuary for a full week. Real rest. Real contribution. The kind of women you'll still be talking to in twenty years.

We're building the first cohort now.

If this feels like yours, we'd love to know you're here.

Fill out our interest form — it takes less than five minutes and carries zero commitment. You'll hear from us when the gathering opens formally with full details, dates, and next steps.

This is not an application. It's simply your hand raised.
One seat in every gathering is fully sponsored for a female veteran.

We also have a group formed from this page, so feel free to come on over and let's spark some discussions!

Beyond giving...creating impact.

Hello everyone! I am so glad you are here.

If you'd like to know more about my nonprofit, I welcome you to check out our newly updated website.

Wren's Rest is one of the programs I hope to integrate into a longterm goal.

Beyond Riveting™ is a Michigan-based nonprofit building healing spaces, supporting those who served, and running mission programs that prove the road forward is always worth the effort.

There is a woman who has spent decades becoming someone remarkable. She is not done. She is becoming something else.

Her career is winding down or already behind her. Her body has taught her things she didn’t ask to learn and is wiser for knowing.

She has looked at what the world offers women in her chapter — the passive spa weekends, the rugged volunteer trips, the group tours that move too fast and ask nothing of her mind — and found none of it quite right.

None of it was built for a woman who is capable and unpredictable and still deeply, specifically gifted.

None of it was asking the right question.

The Wren’s Rest was built around that question.

A program of Beyond Riveting Team Inc, The Wren’s Rest gathers a small, carefully chosen cohort of women — six to ten — at a working farm, animal sanctuary, or mission-aligned property for a full week. They arrive carrying expertise the land genuinely needs. A master gardener. A photographer. A woman who has spent thirty years organizing the kind of chaos that small operations drown in.

They share what they know freely, at a pace that honors every body in the room. They learn what a different kind of life actually feels like from the inside. And they leave with women who will matter to them for the rest of their lives.

The host opens their land, their table, and their doors. The cohort brings what they know. Neither is keeping score. Both leave changed.

The gathering is designed to be accessible. Affordable. Flexible on the hard days and full on the good ones.

One seat in every gathering is fully sponsored for a female veteran. Always.

This is not a retreat from life. It is a gathering toward the next one. The land holds it. The cohort builds it. The rest — the real rest — is what happens when a woman finally feels useful and unhurried in the same breath.

The curation is the program. The restoration is the point.

Is this the week you’ve been almost booking?

Tell us in the comments — or share this with the woman who needs to read it.
