🐾 HOW TO JOIN THE BLUEY VIRTUAL QUEUE AT DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM
Bluey and Bingo are one of the most popular character experiences at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney uses a Virtual Queue system to manage demand. Follow these steps to maximize your chances of securing a spot!
📱 BEFORE YOUR VISIT
✅ Download the My Disney Experience App
If you don’t already have it, download the My Disney Experience app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
✅ Sign In to Your Disney Account
Make sure everyone in your travel party is linked through your Friends & Family list in the app.
To check:
1. Open the My Disney Experience app.
2. Tap ☰ (three lines) in the bottom right.
3. Select “Profile.”
4. Choose “Family & Friends List.”
5. Verify everyone in your party is connected.
✅ Link Tickets
Ensure every guest has:
• A valid theme park ticket.
• A Disney account connection.
• Tickets properly linked in the app.
📅 THE MORNING OF YOUR VISIT
⏰ Be Ready Before 7:00 AM
The first Virtual Queue distribution opens at exactly 7:00 AM.
Important:
• You do NOT need to be inside Animal Kingdom for the 7:00 AM drop.
• You can join from your Disney resort, hotel room, home, or anywhere with internet access.
Disney’s Virtual Queues often fill within seconds, so preparation matters.
At 6:55 AM:
1. Open the My Disney Experience app.
2. Log in if necessary.
3. Confirm everyone in your party is selected.
4. Close all unnecessary apps on your phone.
5. Connect to strong Wi-Fi or cellular service.
🎯 JOINING THE 7:00 AM VIRTUAL QUEUE
At approximately 6:58 AM:
1. Open the My Disney Experience app.
2. Tap the search icon (magnifying glass).
3. Search “Virtual Queue.”
4. Select “Virtual Queues.”
You should now see the Bluey Virtual Queue option.
At 6:59:50 AM:
Stay on the Virtual Queue page.
As the clock changes to 7:00:00 AM:
1. Tap “Refresh” or pull down the screen.
2. Select “Join Virtual Queue.”
3. Confirm your party.
4. Tap “Join.”
If successful, you will receive:
• A Boarding Group number.
• Estimated return information.
Take a screenshot immediately.
🎉 SUCCESS! NOW WHAT?
Once your group is called:
1. Open the My Disney Experience app.
2. Review your return instructions.
3. Proceed to the Bluey experience location during your assigned window.
Disney will also send a push notification when it’s your turn.
🔄 MISSED THE 7:00 AM DROP?
Don’t panic!
Disney typically offers a second opportunity at 1:00 PM.
For the 1:00 PM Virtual Queue:
✅ You MUST have entered Disney’s Animal Kingdom before attempting to join.
At 12:55 PM:
1. Open the My Disney Experience app.
2. Navigate to Virtual Queues.
3. Select Bluey.
4. Be ready to refresh exactly at 1:00 PM.
Follow the same process used for the 7:00 AM queue.
💡 PRO TIPS FROM A DISNEY TRAVEL ADVISOR
⭐ Turn on automatic date and time settings on your phone.
⭐ Use cellular data if resort Wi-Fi seems slow.
⭐ Have one person designated to handle the queue.
⭐ Open the Virtual Queue page before the queue opens.
⭐ Don’t waste time reading instructions at 7:00 AM—have everything ready beforehand.
⭐ If multiple adults are trying, each can attempt from their own device using linked accounts.
