Marcelo F. Ciccone has recently completed the design for the conversion of an existing detached garage structure into a recreational space. Marcelo has also acted and represented his client, a renowned Landscape Designer, in a Construction Project Manager capacity.

The project is located in the heart of Hollywood, and in a neighborhood surrounded by Historic Craftsman Homes. The design and renovation of the structure has been carefully planned to be sensitive to the character and details of the main house built in 1913 as well as becoming an important preservation project in the community.
