I was gifted with a bottle of organic cucumber vodka the other day... it's REALLY tasty! Makes one heckofah refreshing drink- probably be a wonderful warm weather beverage! The company also makes a tomato vodka, which intrigues me too...!

Here's my number one choice- Jose Andres is the mastermind behind Spain's El Bulli, and he's considered one of the fathers of molecular gastronomy (thing foams, gelees, deconstructed food and all that jazz.) The menu looks AMAZING- for $44 you get your choice of 1 appetizer, 1 dessert, and 3 entrees. Anyone want to take me for my birthday?
