This is a garden I'm working on in Pasadena. I was able to repurpose some stone they had into cobbles and stone cairns. A few more plants need to go in and the mulch. The large tree is an avocado that was stressed out and dying from lack of water and drought. I think it will come back with some regular water. WE NEED TO SAVE OUR TREES! Trees provide shade and reduce the heat. They provide habitat for animals and clean the air. They even provide food for us. Please remember that our trees need some water too. They make our life in the city better .

I bought this couch at an estate sale in 1991 for $300. It was designed by Milos Baughmann for Stendig, a Swiss Company, in the 1970's. It was called the Alpha. It has the original upholstery from the 1970's. I just sold it at auction for $2,000. Fine furniture keeps it's value and it is important to have a good eye!
