Okay, THIS is the kind of post-trip update we live for. 🥹💜

Imagine booking a trip to Portugal, showing up mostly as strangers, and coming home with a group of people you’re now planning trips with every three months.

Meet FTT.

Julie, Elizabeth, Ava, Adam, Mikayla, Rick, and Erika met on their FTLO Portugal trip, and somewhere between shared tapas, exploring Portugal, free evenings, and conversations that quickly became NOT small talk, a travel crew was born.

Less than a month after getting home, they reunited in New York. Then came Colorado. Then North Carolina. Now they’ve committed to seeing each other about once every three months, are talking about their next international trip, and (possibly our favorite detail) created FTT to document all the adventures that came next. 🥹

As Mikayla put it: “We sat around a big table, shared tapas, and started asking each other unexpectedly deep questions. By the end, we realized how deeply we had bonded in such a short amount of time and how much we were going to miss one another. We knew we had to do it again.”

And apparently they REALLY meant it. 😂
Adam may have summed it up best: “The people are more important than the place. This group could end up in the middle of Ohio at a roller derby, and we would still have a great time.”

Seven people booked Portugal. None of them knew they were about to meet the people they’d be planning their next adventures with. This is what it’s all about.
