Did you know a simple email to your hotel before arrival might help make your stay extra special? 💙

Before my travel clients’ recent trip, I sent the hotel a quick note sharing their excitement about the stay and mentioning their anniversary celebration. When they arrived, they were welcomed with a handwritten note from the hotel manager, ch*****ne, and an unexpected upgrade to an oceanfront room! 🥂🌊 What a wonderful surprise!

Here’s RC Navigation Travel owner Robin Collier’s tip: Email your hotel or resort front desk staff 1–2 days before check-in (you can find the contact information on their website)
✨ Share your special occasion.
✨ Let them know you’re excited about your stay.
✨ Politely mention a room preference if you have one.

Of course, upgrades and special amenities are never guaranteed, but a friendly note is an easy way to let the hotel know what would make your trip memorable. Sometimes, the little things make the biggest difference! ❤️
