❤️TIPS FOR ORDERING AT HOLIDAYS❤️
1. When I make a post opening up for holidays, do not just comment “1 dz cakes”. With every order I take, I need to know what you want to order, the amount you are wanting, the day you want to pick up and what time you plan to pick up.
2. A pick up appointment is not “11:30ish, around 2, that morning, etc. I ask for a pick up time because otherwise I am stuck at home waiting on someone to pick up. If you find you are going to be late, please be courteous enough to reach out to me so together we can come up with another time. I try to reach out to find out if you are on your way. I typically will send repeated messages. I will send a final message letting you know that I am posting your order for sale to someone else. It only takes a minute to reply to me and let me know why you haven’t picked up. Sometimes maybe you order and then realize you are short on funds that week. I completely understand. You just need to communicate with me.
3. If you only comment what you want but include no details, I will need to message you to get all the rest of the info. You may have commented right after I posted but you don’t get out on our calendar until I have all your info and have said “Thank you for your order”. Make sure you answer my message promptly. Some have missed out on an order completely even though they commented quickly because they gave no details and because they don’t message me back quickly. Holiday orders fill up super quick! Please remember he is the only one baking and he can only do so much.
5. We appreciate you all so much and I hope this helps you make sure you get on the calendar. I always go in order of comments but if I don’t hear from you after so much time you will lose your spot.
6. Finally, if you truly read all of this, please like this post. Thank you all! ❤️
