A tip for beginners, this one about composition. When you want a shot of your significant other at some landmark location do this. Use your prime lens 35 to 50 MM. back away from the landmark until it fills the frame with just a tiny bit of dead air around it to allow for post cropping. Then have that lover stand close to the camera not the landmark. Otherwise they look so small you can’t tell who it is. Here is 1 example to see what I mean.
