We added General Dynamics Land Systems as a new client and delivered two sessions of The Smart Negotiator to the contract group last week. Participants were from both the United States and Canada. They came well prepared and were very engaging. We look forward to future sessions with the good people from Sterling Heights, MI.

We delivered the 1-day Smart Negotiator program to our new client at Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth, MN yesterday. Supply Chain professionals were very engaged the entire day, and it looks like we will be working with them again before the year is out. Just delivered The Smart Negotiator to the Program Management Institute for Lockheed Martin today. This is one of my favorite groups to work with. They are always so sharp and engaging. This was the first of three for 2025. A very enjoyable day with some very bright people. Looking forward to the June class.

We had the pleasure of working with very experienced Program Managers and B&D people from LMCO this week. This group brought a lot to the table and were completely engaged for two days. Special shout out to Gabby for making this happen and run so smoothly. Looking forward to the next session in the fall.

We delivered a 3-day Smart Negotiator course to the contract team at LMCO. The group was very diverse and from across the country as well as Canada. They were the most impressive group of young professionals that we have had the pleasure to work with. Very intelligent, hardworking and a good sense of humor just an absolute pleasure. Their future is bright, and we are glad that we are able to be part of it.

Delivered the last session of The Smart Negotiator for 2024 yesterday at the Center for Leadership Excellence for LMCO ESH group. It was a great session everything left on the field. Truely a unique group of very intelligent people. The pleasure was all mine.
