Do you know what it means to get pixie dusted?
Have you ever been pixie dusted?
Well I have many times on my Disney vacations and some of the best ones are room upgrades or even resort upgrades!
It’s a magical little sprinkle of happiness that cast members do to add to the enjoyment of guests’ experience with Disney including special treats being given to children or adults who are celebrating a birthday, personalized performance from cast members to help calm an upset child, and cast members replacing a dole whip I dropped because I’m clumsy.
But did you also know that you can pixie dust someone and let me tell you the joy that it gives to complete strangers is such a blessing to see! It can be a grand gesture like purchasing mouse ears or a bubble wand for a kid or it can be as simple as wishing someone Happy Birthday or Anniversary who’s wearing a celebrating button.
I recently showed my niece how to pixie dust a few gifts thst we received from a character restaurant so we decided to surprise a few little girls that we saw walking around the parks. Seeing the joy on their faces was all my niece needed and she wanted to keep doing it.
Here are few ideas that you can do when heading out to the Disney parks or even just sitting them out around your resort!
