As I am doing my own Daily Practice each morning, I SO often think, “OH, I want everyone to have this way of beginning their day!!” It brings SO much clarity, ease and peace into my life. It is where I take the TIME to reflect on what is going on in my inner landscape and to sit and honor that. NOT try to run away from it, push it down or fear it.

If we want CHANGE in our lives and PEACE, we have to find the TIME for reflection and to use the tools that will cultivate that path. THAT is what my summer course of “Tending to your INNER Garden” is intended for.

There is an epidemic of not enough time, overwhelm and anxiety in our world. Doing more, pushing harder, making yourself wrong day after day is not going to be helpful to shift this.

I would SO love to support you in finding a different way, creating new habits that will begin to cultivate a way to live with greater ease and flow in your daily life. Remember that THIS is the moment that you have. Life does not begin AFTER anything. It is here and now.

Happy May everyone!

I have a question for you. How is your Daily Practice going? Have you had one and let it fall away? Have you struggled to ever really getting a solid practice going? Would you like to have a committed daily practice of journaling, doing some clearing work and meditation?

Well, you are in luck!! I am offering my 12 week course on Tending to Your Inner Garden starting on June 10th and ending on August 26th.

I started with work with a teacher in personal growth many years ago. I had also read countless books on personal and spiritual growth. I knew that I needed a practice but I could never really figure out how to create one and stay committed to it. Over time, I came up with my 3 part DP (Daily Practice) format. I began to use it with myself and over time with my students. I must say that it is highly effective!!

What I also realized was that most of us need some encouragement and structure to get a habit firmly into place. That is what this course does. I break it down bit by bit each week until you have everything in place to continue having a practice for a lifetime!

Why would I want a Daily Practice?

A DP gives you TIME each day (or a few days a week) to sit down with YOURSELF to reflect on what’s going on in your life. It gives you the space to really sit with yourself, to get to know yourself, to feel what you are feeling and to reconnect with your dreams.

A DP gives you TOOLS to do what is called “clearing work”. You will be learning EFT during the course of the 12 weeks. EFT or tapping is a brilliant and highly effective tool to help process difficult emotions. No more “I SHOULD let this go” thinking or stuffing emotions DOWN. Now you will have a tool AND the time to PROCESS your emotions.

A DP gives you time, space and quiet to develop a meditation practice. Sitting in silence is so nourishing for our hearts, our minds and our bodies. It is an invaluable practice.

We put so much attention on the idea of “I am a physical being living in a physical world.” That will get us so far but there is SO much more to explore and experience when we begin to understand that are energetic beings far beyond just our physical selves.

Life makes so much more SENSE when we begin to understand energy and how to work with it. We become alchemists!!
