Happy Pool Season in Saddlebrook!

Summer vacation is upon us and the pool is open!

The pool closes at 10pm each day. Please remind your teens - it can get loud for families who live around the pool, especially if kids are using the diving board.

Lifeguards will be at the pool from 12pm-6pm each day.

Please gather trash when you leave and put down umbrellas if you use them (helps them not blow away when storms pop up!). If you open bathrooms or turn on the light in the evening at the pool, please turn them off and lock it up when you leave. Thanks ✌🏼

Swim team will be practicing on weekday mornings, but they can always make a lane available to residents if necessary.

The Seahorses have two home swim meets this season - June 3 and June 24. Swim team will also be using the clubhouse and pool on June 25 for the end of season banquet. Complete info regarding swim team can be found here:

Also…if anyone is interested in being Pool Chair next year, let me know. It is a pretty chill board job and it is made easier by working with the Swim president and our awesome pool managementent company, Nautix. TIA as I am retiring 😊

Hey Neighbors!

As most folks know, our HOA is all done in house, with no outside management company to assist. The volunteers on the Board work together to maintain our amenities and common areas, collect dues and pay bills, create social events for the Saddlebrook community, and communicate all this with neighbors.

That said, there are some long time, veteran Board volunteers who will be rotating off the Board this year, and we are looking to fill some positions.

Please consider lending a hand in Saddlebrook and joining the Board for a year or two. It is a great way to positivley impact our neighborhood and get to know folks. The commitment is not huge, but the impact can be!

Our next meeting is on Monday, June 2, and we welcome anyone who would like more information on specific positions of interest.
