Honored Ladies and Sir Knights of the Order of the Amaranth, Sisters and Brothers of Eastern Star, Masonic Related Friends, wonderful friends and interested parties.
I have been planning Queen Christina's Table Lodge for about 3 years and excited that it is only a week away. I've had a lot of support getting this off the ground and am most appreciative of everyone who chipped in.
20+ years ago, while Mike and I were living in San Diego we started to make trips to Paramount Ranch where they were filming Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman. We made many friends, became "stunt grandparents" to 3 Collisons, started the Pacific Resident Theatre website and frequently encountered Jane Seymour and her agent Susan Nagy Luks. In October of 2023 while at our Annual Meeting, I had a passing thought of asking Jane through her Art Manager Susan if she could gift us one of her small paintings for our February 1st 2025 event. If you don't ask the answer is always no. Jane as gracious as I have always known her to be said YES!!!!
The Secret Garden arrived today and it is beautiful. I am excited to see who wins this gorgeous painting. The tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25. You can contact Camelot Court, Peace Court, Lafayette Court for tickets or contact me directly. I can do Venmo and send you the tickets and ticket numbers or bring them with me. It will be a fun night with toasts, an amazing dinner provided by Roberto Mendoza, Chef to 3 different presidents at the White House. Gift baskets with great content and the drawing for Secret Garden.

Grand Court of North Carolina – 2023 God’s Canvas

The drawing will be held at the Friday Evening Banquet at North Carolina’s Grand Court on October 27th. You can give us your ticket stubs when we see you or send them back to me. We will be traveling as many times as possible to visit you all and support your individual endeavors. Good Luck and I hope you will support this project for Ways and Means.
Our Courts are smaller then ever and our ability to raise money each year to support our Grand Court becomes harder and harder. We need everyone to chip in and help out. I know most people feel it is appropriate to give money to support Diabetes Research but our Grand Courts are what make those donations possible.
