All Can Truly Serve People With “Capabilities” Serving Your Community! We’d like to give you a little background on the organization. Jerry has a passion for this population.

Jerry Silveous is the “hands-on” Executive Director of All Can Truly Serve. He brings over 34 years of experience in the field to the organization. He worked at Bittersweet Farms for 20 years in direct care and as a Program Manager. In 2000, Jerry began a small Recreation Program company, and in 2008, co-founded another Day Provider Program. He sees people who have a lot to offer, but a lack of o

pportunity to demonstrate their capabilities. His dream has been to bring them fully into the community providing them with authentic serving opportunities. The relationship between community and clients is mutually beneficial. Our clients touch the lives of those they serve and are impacted in return. Our amazing participants and caring, knowledgeable staff make a great team!

Today, we visited Toledo Memorial Park to register and place flags on the graves of Veterans for Memorial Day!! After that, we visited the Maumee Bay Nature Center and met with a large group of birding enthusiasts. We inquired about potential volunteer opportunities for this summer and had lunch at the Lodge!!
