One of the best perks of spending time in Mexico? Fresh, perfectly balanced, ice-cold margaritas! There’s nothing quite like sipping one while watching the sunset over the ocean.

If you’re craving that authentic Mexican margarita, here’s my go-to perfect recipe—no pre-made mixes, just pure, fresh ingredients!

Classic Mexican Margarita Recipe 🍹
✅ 2 oz Tequila (100% agave, blanco or reposado)
✅ 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
✅ 1 oz Orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)

🎒🚫 How Can I Avoid Overpacking?” 🎒🚫

Overpacking is a common challenge, but with a few tricks, you can keep your luggage light and efficient. Stick to neutral colors and pieces that can be worn multiple ways, and remember that most destinations have laundry options if you need them. A small backpack or carry-on is often enough for shorter trips. Most items you think you need are not necessary. Go for comfort, versatile, and darker colors (if you are tend to get things on your clothes like me). Shoes are also typically out of control when packing. You really only need a few pairs. One for walking, one nice pair for nights out and possibly sandals if applicable. Less is truly more.

🌟 Pro Tip: Make a packing list in advance and try to stick to it! Lay out everything before putting it in your suitcase, and aim to remove at least 25% of what you initially pick. A lighter suitcase means more room for souvenirs and less hassle at the airport!
