Cabo from the water hits different 🌊 🛥️

One of my biggest priorities when booking excursions while traveling is finding a company I can trust. A great experience is about having a reliable team that takes care of you, keeps you safe, and makes sure you have an unforgettable time. And that is exactly what we found with .

From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, the entire day was seamless. We got to learn more about Cabo’s unique landscape (including seeing a cactus that’s been standing for over 300 years!), then headed out onto the Sea of Cortez for an incredible boat adventure. 🛥️

Cruising along the coastline, seeing the famous rock formations, spotting marine life, stopping at Pelican Rock, and getting up close to the iconic Arch was such a memorable way to experience Los Cabos. Add in some photo stops, a few cerveza breaks🍺 and a swim in the beautiful turquoise waters, and it was truly the perfect Cabo day!

A huge thank you to Captain Alejandro and the Ranch Tours team for an amazing experience! If you’re planning a trip to Cabo and want an excursion company that will make sure you have an incredible time, I highly recommend adding Rancho Tours to your itinerary. 🌴

Sticker shock is real! 😱

Traveling to Hawaii during Christmas and New Year’s is often one of the most expensive times of the year. It’s not uncommon for vacation packages to cost double and in some cases even triple what the same trip would cost during the off-season.

Not every Caribbean island sits directly in the hurricane belt, and while no destination is completely hurricane proof, some islands are much less likely to experience a direct hurricane impact because of where they’re located.

If you’re looking for a tropical getaway during hurricane season, consider the ABC islands: Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao or islands farther south like Barbados, Grenada, and St. Vincent & the Grenadines. These destinations are known for some of the Caribbean’s most reliable beach weather.

And don’t forget about Hawaii. While it can experience tropical systems, it’s outside the Atlantic hurricane belt and has a very different storm pattern.

If Hanauma Bay is on your Oahu itinerary, here’s an important update! 🐠🌺

🚨 Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve is closed August 3–11 while crews replace the preserve’s sewer infrastructure.

The bay will reopen on Wednesday, August 12.

Since it’s one of Oahu’s most popular snorkeling spots, make sure to adjust your plans if you’ll be visiting during those dates. Save this post so you don’t show up to a closed beach! 🤿💙
