🚢 Okay friends let’s talk about MSC!

I have to say we really enjoyed it! I love trying different cruise lines firsthand because it helps me give you a real-life perspective when we’re deciding what cruise line is the best fit for you.

A few things we really loved:

✨ The Miami port was really nice and easy to navigate which is always a great way to start a vacation!

🍽️ The food was wonderful! We had some really good meals

💙 The service was great. The crew was friendly, helpful and always welcoming.

🏝️ And Ocean Cay MSC’s private island was definitely one of my favorite parts. Beautiful, relaxing and just a little slice of paradise.

The ONE thing I found myself missing was having a place to grab a quick snack throughout the day. You definitely won’t go hungry, but I personally love those easy grab-and-go spots when you just want a little something without making it a whole meal.

Would we sail MSC again? Absolutely!

A reminder worth sharing again 😊

☺️Things that I literally DO NOT care about as your travel agent☺️

1) Changing your mind during the quoting process - I really don't mind. You don’t even want to know how many times I change my own travel plans before I actually book.

2) Your budget - No matter what your budget is (big or small), we’ll make it work. We might need to make a few adjustments, but that dream trip? It’s happening!

3) Reaching out to me - So many people apologize when they email or call me. Please know that I want you to reach out - this is my job!

4) Asking me to price check your trip again (and again, and again...) - That’s the beauty of booking with a travel agent! I’ll keep an eye on deals so you don’t have to.

5) Are you nervous to travel? - I'm here and I've got you covered! I’ll make sure you’re prepped, confident, and ready to go.

6) Afraid you're asking too many questions - There's no such thing. If I can't answer it, I'll find out from someone who can.

7) Need to make payments weekly, biweekly, or monthly? - SAME, FRIEND. SAME. I can set up the payment plan that works best with your schedule.

💙Things I DO Care About as Your Travel Agent💙

1) Your trip! - I’d never book a vacation I wouldn’t go on myself. We may have different travel styles, but I’ll tailor everything to your preferences while making sure it’s a destination I trust.

2) When you get quotes from me but book on your own because you “didn’t want to bug me” - I promise you're not bugging me! This is my job. Keep in mind that I don't get paid to do research. Only if you book with me and after you travel. Please let me know when you are ready to book!

3) If something goes wrong on your trip, TELL ME while you are still in destination! I have contacts who can help fix things! If you wait until you’ve returned to let me know, there may not be much I can do.

4) If your plans change and you can’t travel, just let me know! - Life happens, unexpected expenses pop up—I totally understand. Ghosting me is way worse than just letting me know that plans have changed.

I forgot to mention in my previous post that we also tried the chocolate specialty drinks at Venchi. They were fantastic! I had the chocolate martini and my husband had the bourbon ball - both were SO good! I just can’t say enough about how much we liked Venchi🥰

We did a chocolate tasting at Venchi on our MSC cruise! It was so fun and very informative - I had no idea what a long process it is to make good chocolate! I will say I’m not a fan of dark chocolate but this was delicious!

The tasting included a souvenir chocolate - I choose to create my own with milk chocolate, hazelnut crunch and white chocolate writing - my husband chose the milk chocolate model of the ship (it’s solid😳) We also brought home a little bag of some of our favorites from the tasting.

I highly recommend this experience on your next MSC cruise!
