Per Wiki, North Beach (NoBe) collectively refers to neighborhoods including Isles of Normandy, Biscayne Point, and La Gorce and North Shores (the area along Collins)... but we'll take the freedom to also include North Bay Village and parts of Shore Crest and the Upper East Side along Biscayne Boulevard. North Beach per se is the northernmost section of Miami Beach, roughly bound by 63rd Street and Indian Creek Drive to the south and 87th Terrace to the north. The area is undergoing gradual but exciting transformation fueled by investment and development, and an influx of new people and businesses.
