🌴 I have a feeling I may be seeing this view very soon!
We’re heading back to the U.S. Virgin Islands next month for our annual conference, and I’m already thinking about what to do with our time ashore.

I love the USVI, and this time I’m seriously considering hopping over to St. John for a beach day. With so much of the island protected as Virgin Islands National Park, it’s a completely different feel from some of the busier Caribbean ports.

Beautiful water, white-sand beach, maybe a little snorkeling... that sounds pretty darn good to me.
St. John fans: if I only have one day, which beach gets your vote?

One of my favorite little pleasures at sea is finding a comfortable spot, ordering a good cup of coffee and having absolutely nowhere I need to be for a while.

Morning coffee before the ship wakes up. An afternoon pick-me-up after a day ashore. Maybe something sweet that I definitely didn’t need but somehow ended up with anyway. 😉

The casino is definitely his happy place. 😂
We recently sailed Celebrity Apex to Norway, and Apex has become one of our favorite ships, not just in the Celebrity fleet, but probably across just about any fleet we’ve sailed.

I love the ship. Tommy loves the casino. Everybody wins. Well… theoretically. 😉

🌟🌿 One of my favorite spots on Celebrity’s Edge Series ships is the Rooftop Garden.
It’s such a great space, especially in the evening. You’re outside under the stars, surrounded by greenery, with comfortable places to relax and incredible views from the top of the ship.

And don’t overlook the Rooftop Garden Grill! I’ve eaten there and still remember the corn and jalapeño chowder. Seriously, one of the best soups I’ve ever had!

It’s little spaces like this that are part of why I enjoy Celebrity’s Edge Series ships so much. Beautiful ship design is nice, but it’s even better when you find those places onboard that you genuinely look forward to visiting again.

Croatia is absolutely one of my favorite destinations in Europe.
I’ve been three times, including a 10-day trip exploring the country, and I’d go back again in a heartbeat.

The historic walled cities, gorgeous Adriatic coastline, little seaside towns, incredible food… Croatia has so much more to offer than what you see during a single cruise port day.

And one of the things I especially love? It can be a fantastic value compared with some of Europe’s better-known destinations.

Who else has been? Dubrovnik, Split, the islands… what was your favorite?

Saint Kitts keeps showing up on Caribbean itineraries for a reason. 🌴

I haven’t made it there personally yet, but it’s one of those Caribbean islands that catches my attention. It’s beautiful, mountainous and known for feeling a little less commercial than some of the busier cruise ports.

You can spend the day exploring historic sites, head for the beach, or just enjoy some pretty spectacular island scenery.
