Since 1988, the Biennial (now Basic) Inspection of Terminals (BIT) has been keeping California’s highways safer by making sure trucks are road-ready. But let’s face it—who wants to deal with fines or a failed inspection?

✔️ 90 days or 6 years—Which one applies to YOU? If your truck weighs over 26,000 lbs or has 3+ axles, it’s every 90 days! If not, you get the luxury of a 6-year inspection schedule.
