Action Elevator is a true full service elevator maintenance company servicing the DMV area.

Based upon decades of experience within the vertical transportation industry, Action Elevator was founded upon the belief that the elevator service industry is falling terribly short in meeting the needs of their customers. It is a feeling that is palpable in our daily discussions with new clients. Whether it is a property manager, building owner, or facility manager there exists a recurring theme

of frustration with not only the condition of their equipment but also the difficulty with which they have in obtaining the elevator services that they so desperately need. Between reliable PM performance, quality repair needs and third party safety inspection reports, elevator managers and owners were searching for a “no non-sense” alternative to the industry status quo.

This month, we’re spotlighting Lisa Alley, AHJ Compliance Manager, along with Walt Church and Chris Myles, who joined Action Elevator through our recent partnership with ETI.

As AHJ Compliance Manager, Lisa helps support compliance efforts and coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction, helping keep projects aligned with applicable codes, inspections, and regulatory standards.

Walt brings more than 21 years of industry experience and valuable industry knowledge and connections that support our Northern Virginia region.

Chris brings more than 35 years of industry experience and leads our Northern Virginia operations, drawing on his background in leadership and team development.
