Spring Break Safety Reminder for Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Visitors 🌊

If you're visiting the Gulf Coast for Spring Break, please take a moment to learn the beach warning flag system before getting in the water.

The Gulf can be beautiful, but conditions can change quickly.

🚩 Yellow Flag – Moderate surf and currents. Use caution when swimming.
🚩 Red Flag – High hazard. Strong currents and dangerous surf.
🚩🚩 Double Red Flag – Water is CLOSED. No swimming allowed.

Every year visitors underestimate Gulf currents, especially rip currents, which can be very strong along the Alabama and Florida beaches.

✔ Always check the flag before entering the water
✔ Swim near lifeguards when possible
✔ Never enter the water during double red flag conditions

Stopped at the Gulf Restaurant, Orange Beach for lunch today. The sweet and sour jumbo shrimp was amazing. The view was not bad either. Got my first glimpse of the Orange Beach Pirate ship

Mike Huckabee flew into Pensacola yesterday. Mike contacted us the day before, and I had the pleasure of taking him to Point Clear AL for a speaking engagement. I have been a fan of Mike for years and the chance to meet him and speak with him on the hour ride to Point Clear was an awesome experience. Thank you Mike for using Able Shuttle & Taxi

Spring Break transportation to and from Gulf Shores AL was a phenomenal success and kept us busy non-stop from the first week of March through the first week of April. Thank you students of Texas, TCU, Texas A & M, Baylor, Miami of Ohio, Kansas State, Arkansas. Vanderbilt and U of Missouri for using our airport shuttle services out of the Pensacola Airport.
