What an incredible few days in Nashville with Northridge High School! 🎶✨

From experiencing the magic of the Grand Ole Opry, exploring fascinating museums, stepping onto a real stage, and enjoying the unforgettable Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series, to sharing meals, laughter, and memories together, this trip was packed with moments these students won’t soon forget.

Travel has a special way of bringing people together, creating connections, and turning experiences into lifelong memories. We’re grateful to have been part of this journey and to witness so much enthusiasm, curiosity, and fun along the way.

This incredible event brings together talented marching bands from across the region for a day filled with outstanding performances, unforgettable experiences, and a shared passion for music and excellence.

A huge thank you to Daphne High School Band “The Sound of the Eastern Shore” for hosting what continues to be one of the premier marching band events on the Gulf Coast. We can’t wait to see students, directors, families, and supporters come together for another amazing year.

We had an incredible time working with the talented students of MGM High School Band and seeing them bring so much spirit, pride, and personality to the parade route. Moments like these are bigger than performances — they’re about confidence, teamwork, friendships, unforgettable memories, and experiencing the world together in a whole new way. 🌎❤️

There’s something special about watching students light up when they realize they’re part of something bigger than themselves… and this group absolutely brought the fiesta energy from start to finish. 💃🎶

What an unforgettable trip to Atlanta filled with music, fun, and memories to last a lifetime 🎶✨

The Theodore High School band had an amazing experience participating in the Southern Star Music Festival and showcasing their talent and school spirit with an incredible performance 👏

Students also enjoyed the unforgettable Medieval Times experience ⚔️, exciting rides at Six Flags 🎢, visits to the Georgia Aquarium 🐠 and World of Coca-Cola 🥤, plus so much more throughout the trip!

B.C. Rain High School brought their passion for music to Walt Disney World ✨

Through the Disney Vocal Workshop, students had the opportunity to step into the world behind the music—recording, performing, and experiencing the artistry that brings Disney stories to life 🎶

Beyond the workshop, their days were filled with shared moments across the parks, making this trip as meaningful as it was memorable 🏰

BIG NEWS OVER HERE! 📣

We’re excited to welcome Tracy Leigh Carter to the Student Tours team! 🎉

After years of experiencing student travel firsthand as a band director, Tracy knew she wanted to help other programs create those same unforgettable moments. With a background spanning music education, visual arts, and pageantry, she brings both deep expertise and a true understanding of what student groups need when they travel. After experiencing our service and programs firsthand this past year, she knew she wanted to be part of the team making it all happen.

Tracy has worked with DCI organizations including Southwind, Music City, and the Blue Knights, and is the founder/director of Conversion Winter Guard, an Independent World Class ensemble in the Southeast. She’s also been a longtime leader representing color guard in regional circuits across Mississippi and Louisiana.

She’s spent her career creating meaningful experiences for students—and now she’s bringing that same passion to helping directors plan seamless, impactful, and truly memorable trips.
