A little behind-the-scenes look at one of the families I recently helped plan an unforgettable getaway for!

They’re headed to Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres and chose a Family Selection room — and this is SO much more than just picking a nicer room.

They’re getting an entire elevated family experience with their stay.

Here’s what their family can look forward to:

Their own Family Butler
From before they even arrive, their eButler can help personalize their stay. Once they’re there, their Family Butler can help with restaurant reservations, activities, transfers and those little details that make vacation easier.

Family Boss perks for the kids
The kids get their own special welcome goodies, mini bathrobes, slippers and towels, plus fun Family Boss experiences and activities. Depending on availability, they can even have special surprises like a bubble bath with toys and kid-friendly amenities.

Exclusive Family Selection spaces
