I’m walking the Cotswolds way next month. I’ve been training since spring. ( forgot to mention that I walk and strength train )

But I haven’t been able to get my daily mileage up to 10 miles a day like I was hoping. Walking is just so time-consuming and I’m a mom and a business owner and I’ve got a garden full of produce to harvest!

So let me know in the comments if you’ve done the Cotswolds, how do you think I’m gonna do with this level of training and if you’re curious to see how I do make sure you follow!

We’re looking for our people! 🌿✨
We love worldschooling, but we got tired of the constant goodbyes. Watching our kids make deep friendships only to pack up a few weeks later—and having to rebuild our parent community over and over—led us to design a different kind of year.
Traveling Worldschool Pod (2027–2028 Academic Year)
More Countries. Deeper Community. Fewer Goodbyes.
Quick Details:
• Ages: 6–12
• Values: 100% Secular, inclusive, & community-driven
• Cadence: 5–6 weeks per country for true slow travel (Aug 30 – June 14)
• Destinations: Slovenia • Albania • Turkey • Italy • Romania • Ireland (Optional 1-month winter addition: Sri Lanka)
• Program: 4 days/week child drop-off (lunches included) + 1 day/week whole-family workshop or excursion
• Philosophy: Holistic, place-based learning through language, handicrafts, history, and nature. No desks or rigid lectures!
Priority is given to full-year families to build a tight-knit cohort, with limited partial-year spots available.
✨ Ready to join us? Step 1 is a call to get to know each other and see if we’re a fit!

At the end of the day, this is the whole point.

It’s not just about the places we go—it’s about the time we get to spend together. Building deep connections, sharing slow moments, and making our family relationships the ultimate priority while our kids are still growing up. Investing in this quality time is the best decision we’ve ever made.

If your heart longs for the same kind of life, we’re looking for our people. 🌿✨

We are officially organizing a traveling family group for the 2027–2028 school year, and we’d love to connect with like-minded families ready to step into this adventure!

Who needs a textbook when you have the Pacific Northwest as your playground? 🌲✨
Living in this corner of the country means our favorite family memories are built on core experiences, not just sightseeing:
🌲 Playing hide-and-seek among giants in the Redwoods
🏠 Sleeping high up in the forest canopy at a treehouse resort in the Illinois Valley
💦 Chasing misty waterfalls and hiking to the electric-blue waters of Tamolitch Blue Pool
⛺ Cozying up for campfire nights and easy days by the water at Lemolo Lake
🌊 Spotting sea lions on the docks in Newport
👻 Step-back-in-time adventures exploring old ghost towns outside Boise
The girls officially weighed in and rated their top spots—swipe through to see which magical experiences won them over! 📊👇

Do you notice that Top-rated monuments or checking off “must-see” tourist attractions we’re not mentioned in my kids highlights?
It turns out the memories that stuck weren’t about rushing to hit every sight on the map—they were about freedom, simple pleasures, unique treats, and connection.
The Official Kid Ratings:
• Sri Lanka: 200/10 & 200/10 🇱🇰 (Surfing, making lifelong friends at Elements Worldschooling Hub, and endless beach days wins overall!)
• Borneo: 10,000/10 & 9/10 🦧 (Unmatched for epic wildlife encounters)
• Hội An: 9/10 & 10/10 🇻🇳 (Riding bikes along the river and floating in the coconut basket boats)
• Langkawi Malaysia: 7/10 & 100/10 🇲🇾 The beaches were truly amazing!
Proof that travel with kids isn’t about the grand itineraries—it’s about the wildlife, the bike rides, the treats, and the people you meet along the way.
