SoundForm Seeking to provide the highest quality in location and post production audio services. My name is Nathaniel Sisson and I’m a sound mixer and boom operator.

I love to capture sound that complements visuials and enhances the strength and power of what they have to say. ​​When I entered the the world of filmmaking, I worked in different departments before identifying sound as being something I was passionate about as well as the best fit for my strengths and abilities. My sound career began in post production. Editing, sound design, mixing and mastering

Working on pre-pro sound for my next feature film gig called Writers Block. Mapping out SFX from locations and props. Listing O.S. lines and working on a "potential trouble" shot list for Director and camera team.

I have only used my Sound Devices 552 as a mixer, but I have wanted to try using it as a recorder. I took it on my last shoot and it was freezing up if I tried to record anything so I ended up not using it as a recorder. I called support and found out that it does not work with some brands of SD card.

Gearing up to head to a Weekend shoot. I can't say much about the project other then it is a short film directed by a friend of mine. Should be a fun time.

I hope everyone had a great 4th!! Things finished up well with the shoot in KY. Now that I am back in the studio it is time to work on some business things for a bit.
