🎭 Every unforgettable student performance begins with an inspired teacher.

This summer, theatre educators from across the country gathered in New York City for the 2026 Broadway Teachers Workshop, an annual professional development conference created by the Broadway Teaching Group.

We were honored to partner with the Broadway Teaching Group by including a Minds In Motion flyer in this year's workshop welcome bags. It was a privilege to introduce educators to the student travel experiences we love creating.

Alaska… what a week. 🏔️🚢

From stepping aboard the Royal Princess to standing in front of towering waterfalls, riding the historic White Pass Railway, wandering through Skagway, and watching glaciers drift by from our balconies, every day brought a new adventure.

These are just a few of our favorite moments… and trust us, there’s so much more to share.

One thing is for sure… Alaska has captured our hearts. 💙

Because of that, Minds In Motion will be making Alaska an annual adventure! If you’ve ever dreamed of cruising through Glacier Bay, exploring charming Alaskan towns, and experiencing it all with an incredible group of travelers, stay tuned.

Some moments are hard to put into words. 💙

Standing in front of a glacier, watching ice float by the ship, riding through the mountains, putting our feet in the freezing water, and experiencing it all with people we care about.

This is why we travel. Not just to see beautiful places, but to be present, to share the experience, and to make memories together that we’ll be talking about long after we’re home.

And apparently, we also travel so Monica can eat her weight in king crab. 😂🦀 Some dreams really do come true.

Alaska, you have been something truly special. 🏔️🧊💙

ALASKA, HERE WE COME! 🏔️🛳️

The adventure officially begins! Our crew gathered at Minds In Motion headquarters, aka Mary’s house 😂, bags packed and ready to go!

From there, we hopped on the shuttle from Montello to O’Hare, and now we’re headed to Seattle to begin our Alaskan cruise! ✈️🛳️

There’s just something special about that moment when everyone arrives, the luggage starts piling up, and you realize… we’re really doing this!

Alaska, here we come! 🐋🏔️🧊
