What does America mean to me?

Nearly 400 student artists from across Rowan County answered that question through drawings, paintings, sculptures, mixed media works, and written pieces now on display at the Rowan County Arts Center.

Presented in partnership with Rowan County Schools-Kentucky, Morehead, Kentucky City Government, and the America250 Morehead-Rowan County Committee, this exhibition showcases the creativity, perspectives, and voices of local youth from kindergarten through high school.

On display now through July 31

The Morehead Arts and Eats Festival returns on Saturday, September 19 as we celebrate 15 years of art, food, music, and community in downtown Morehead.

What began as a local festival has grown into one of Morehead's favorite annual traditions, bringing together artists, makers, performers, food vendors, and thousands of visitors each year.

Artists and food vendors: applications open July 1.
