It's , where we highlight a state park worth working into your next adventure!

Tucked away in far northwestern Tennessee near the Kentucky/Missouri border, Reelfoot Lake was formed from violent earthquakes in 1811-1812 that briefly made the Mississippi River run backwards. The lake is roughly 23 miles square miles in size and is a sportsman's pardise with fishing and boating available. Several boardwalks around the lake offer nice viewpoints to spot wildlife; bald eagle are often spotted here.
