We just completed this joint dock with dual drive on boat docks in Charleston. This customer heard about us from another satisfied customer we did work for. We are thankful for the opportunity to add Superior beauty and function to this back yard. Now it’s time to enjoy!

Matthew Carfora with MIMmedia shot this video of the brand new deck and dock that Superior Contractors constructed. Paddlefest was a great fundraiser for the Tara Hall boys home with music and several hundred people kayaking down the river to the dock. Even though the temperature was just above freezing Superior Contractors delivered another amazing bulkhead. Not only does the wall prevent the owners from losing even more land but it actually gained them roughly 6’ of back yard. Hey there everyone! I hope you all are doing well and were unaffected by Florence. I wanted to take a second and remind everybody that the water is still on the rise. In fear of losing their floating dots I have seen people putting boats or boards at the top of their piles to "catch" the floating dock and prevent it from floating over the top of the piles. Do not do this! The flotation of the float will pull the piles out of the ground and you will be left with neither floating dock or piles. Tie the floating dock off to a tree or the piles themselves, and as the water comes back down try to line it up properly. If it does not work we can take the brackets off and reconnect them after putting them over the top of the piles. Stay safe, stay dry and if you need a licensed professional to help you with any work call 843-593-2201.
