Out on the river with our new friend from London. He was super excited about the birding opportunities and got to check off 15 species. He was particularly excited about the amount of Cardinals we have as they don't have any where he is from.

We encountered this awesome creature during our paddle this morning. This alligator didn't move an inch as we paddled by.

Had a nice paddle into the swamp close to Cox Ferry canoe and kayak launch in Conway. We could only go a short distance in the swamp due to the water levels still being pretty low in this area.

We had a wonderful morning in saltmarsh chasing fish. After a few location changes we finally found numerous flounder. Unfortunately, over a half dozen or so all came up just a lil too short and were released to be caught another day.
