48 hours ago I got a phone call.
Now I'm in South Naknek, Alaska.
Apparently my life consists of saying "sure, sounds fun" and ending up in places where the local wildlife is higher on the food chain than I am.
Cooking at Alaska Purveyors this week, trying to make great food and avoid becoming great food.
If you don't hear from me, assume the bears appreciated a chef's tasting menu.
