The Short Term Rental venture is a labor of love that requires perseverance and attention to detail. Effective marketing and follow up,trip planning assistance, concierge duties and even cleaning toilets are all essential components. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Kim’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Kim was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. We had 4 adults and 4 young children (1 years to 5 years old ) Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with delicious donuts. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
