Singers!
What if I told you that singing with power doesn't come from pushing harder on your throat. Honestly, it's a multi-step process - focusing on thinking of your body as an instrument, and using the Bel Canto technique of Appoggio from the Italian ideology of singing will create massive change for you. Think old Italian schools of thought don't apply to modern singing? Okie dokie - ask Beyonce, Frank Sinatra, and Freddie Mercury how much they studied this specific technique. ;)

Watch me sing The National Anthem in front of a sold out crowd of 10,000 people for The Stealth Finals At The Angels Of The Winds Arena! If you can believe it, I used to visually shake with fear (people would come up to me after my performance and tell me! Haha!) And now I'm able to perform with confidence in front of crowds. Performance is a SKILL SET, that can be learned and trained just like any other skills - and anxiety can be tamed!
