Waynesville knows how to throw a block party! 🎶🎉

Live music, glassblowing, local maker demonstrations, and plenty of people strolling through downtown!

I loved listening to The Maggie Valley Band and the C***r Ridge Band community jam while checking out all the action along Main Street. What a fun evening in this Western North Carolina mountain town!

I have six cats at home, so you can imagine how I felt about an entire museum devoted to them. 😻

Carousel cats, vintage wind-up toys, paintings, collectibles, a cat mummy, and five real cats wandering around. One climbed up a doorframe, while another sat in the office like a supervisor. Cats just do what they want, and I love them for it.

I finally checked the American Museum of the House Cat off my bucket list, and yes, I found my happy place.
