And the Disney Wish is headed to New York City🗽late September 2027

The Wish will set sail on 4 - 7 night sailings, with itineraries featuring destinations like

Big things are on the horizon at Walt Disney World

Here are some of the biggest announcements from last nights showcase

🏰 Magic Kingdom:
🏔️ Piston Peak - You will step inside the larger than life world of Pixar Cars. The expansion will include immersive storytelling and 2 new attractions:
🚗 Cars Ridge Run Rally
🚙 Miss Fritter’s Daredvil Spin-Along

🔥Villains Land- Cruella, Dr. Facilier, the Evil Queen, and more are taking over every detail. Including dining, shopping, and 2 new attractions:
🐉 Maleficent rollercoaster
🍎 Magic Mirror/Evil Queen dark ride

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 The Carousel of Progress - The beloved Disney classic is getting an update, with new scenes and storytelling elements honoring its iconic legacy.
Opens late Spring 2027

🪩 EPCOT:
💜 Dreamfinder is returning alongside Figment in a reimagined Journey Into Imagination attraction

🪩 Spaceship Earth will also be getting an update

🎥 Hollywood Studios:
👾 Monstropolis, the Monster’s Inc expansion will include
🐙 Harryhausen’s Restaurant &
the show “Welcome to Monstropolis” Opening in 2027
🚪 The Door Coaster attraction will open in a second phase at a later date

🌳 Animal Kingdom:
New details were released on 3 attractions that will be a part of the Tropical America’s expansion:

🏡 Step inside Casita, on the Encanto attraction
🐍 Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade
🎠 A new Disney animal carousel. Including 22 different animal characters

🗻🎢 Last but not least. Disney plans to bring the legendary Yeti back to life on Expedition Everest
