It's been awhile since the last post, mainly because Newman's Nook has been renting out extremely well, so time and focus has been on supporting the great guests we've had and the support network (cleaning - thanks Pam! and maintenance - thanks Michael!) that keep the house going!

With that, it's been a little over a year since we bought Newman's Nook. We now have 24 reviews and a 5-star rating on Airbnb and 47 reviews with a 5-star rating on VRBO. That's 71 reviews with a 5-star rating, and more in our guest book at the house!

We've really enjoyed sharing our home with guests who, like all of us, need a little escape from what has been our "new normal". Equally, it's been great to hear stories and feedback about the fun families and their friends have had at Lake James and the surrounding area.
