The enchanting two-story home is spacious with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and generous living areas. This charming abode is well-appointed with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee bar, and many other extras.

The outdoor area of this home is the real gem. The large front yard offers a park-like setting. Relax as you listen to the birds chirping and the gentle rustle of the breeze blowing through the leaves. Enjoy an evening sipping wine from a local vineyard by the firepit. Or spend a lazy afternoon grilling out on the large deck, savoring your delicious wares from one of the nearby farms or charming markets. Your private and serene backyard hideaway boasts a beautiful and classic Midwestern view of lush farmland. Plenty of off-road parking with a large circle driveway, ideal for parking campers or boat trailers.

The home offers accessibility options for guests with limited mobility with wide doorways, a single step to enter, and a walk-in shower on the first floor.
