This is a video of contaminated soil being removed from where an old gas station once stood. This is proof that permeation is an issue among older metal holding tanks buried under communities all over the United States. This is a growing issue, especially related to new development.. If you plan to develop or do any kind of excavating near or around an old station site, please contract the work to an EPA approved contractor. They're trained to handle and dispose of such waste safely.

When we first did the estimate for this job, I was totally in shock of the condition this retro bathroom was in. It seemed to literally be frozen in time, but with the new home owners being in their late 20's, it was severely outdated for their tastes.
