🌲🔥 Wilderness Camping & Cooking in a Remote Forest
We built a DIY brick stove from scratch deep in the woods and cooked authentic Chettinad Chicken Curry in a clay pot… with nothing but the sound of birds, fire, and nature all around. 🌿

Overnight Dispersed Camping at Nimham Mountain, NY 🏕️
This weekend, we went deep into the woods of Nimham Mountain Multiple Use Area for a peaceful night of free dispersed camping with the kids.

We set up our tent in the forest, cooked warm food on a wood stove, and listened to real forest sounds — birds chirping, leaves rustling, and the soft breeze through the trees. It was calm, beautiful, and a perfect escape into nature.

Overnight Dispersed Camping with My Kids at Nimham Mountain, NY 🌌
Hey everyone! I wanted to share our recent adventure where we did a free dispersed overnight camping trip at Nimham Mountain Multiple Use Area in New York. It’s deep in the woods, no campgrounds — just you, nature, and the peaceful sound of birds and the forest.
We set up a cozy camp with the kids, cooked on a wood stove, and spent the night surrounded by real forest sounds, birds chirping, and crackling firewood. It even rained a bit at night — totally magical 🌧️🔥
We’re a family exploring all the lesser-known, free dispersed camping spots around NY, and we document it with peaceful sounds, campfire cooking, and simple wilderness life.
