Wow! Now it's time for the Renovation!

Amidst the clouds and storms that have been hanging around lately, we have progress. The construction crew has begun the Renovation! We couldn't be more excited to update everyone!

Wow! This just stands out for us lately. We have been repeatedly asked, “Why now? Why this?”

Our standard response has been, “Why not now? Why not this?” What it really comes down to is this; we are not waiting around for good things and good times to drop in our laps. We are going after them. If you want to wait around for the ‘right time’ and catch what is left, then rock on.

Here’s to taking the bull by the horns and taking control of your own present and future.

The official start of summer is June 20th. I don’t know about the rest of you guys, but Saturday, June 1st felt pretty much like summer had arrived already. An afternoon in the sweltering sun in the blacktop parking lot at the Iberia Parish Courthouse was what it was for us.

We spent the afternoon supporting the Iberia Parish 4H Livestock Young Folks and had a blast in spite of the oppressive heat.

A special thanks to everyone who came out and showed their support by buying the tasty Boiled Shrimp Dinners.

A very special thanks and shout out to all the parents and young folks that showed up and worked to make it a successful and fun afternoon.

Today marks the 145th Anniversary of the first major Memorial Day. Pretty cool stuff.
